It would be awesome to have the ability to hide fields as well. At the moment there is a 5x rule limitation to any field. We have a question that needed up to 9x checkboxes that could activate the field and 3x that didn't. I ended up having to create two identical fields to split the rules across. If there was an option to hide the field, this would have made things so much simpler. There is already a dropdown in the conditional logic area but it only has the option to show so not sure why this hasn't been implemented yet? Seems like it could be a very quick win?

If multiple roles build on the same form, using Workflow. E.g. applicant, approver. Applicants submit step 1, they should see applicant's "thank you for your application". But Approvers submit step 2, they should see approver's "application approved, workflow closed". Hopefully this will get improved. Thank you. Huawei

When using the Download PDF feature, content submitted in multi-line form fields is cropped - see attached. While using the Print option (and then print to PDF) works ok, but doesn't look as good as the Download output.

We are using the Advanced Forms auto-reply function to send emails to client's based on a dynamic value sourced from within the website's code. Currently, our testing indicates that only a single email address can be included in the auto-reply field. It would be great to allow more flexibility here and have the ability to include multiple email addresses.

In advanced forms, we can create a Field Group, but we can't duplicate the group to quickly add repeatable sections of a form. This would be a useful tool where we have quite a number of grouped fields that we need to re-use. E.g. Family member data collection - we collect 16 pieces of information on a person's family member. To add another family member we need to build out that entire section again, will all 16 fields. If it could be grouped and duplicated, that would be much faster and easier to manage. Note that the pre-built 'Address' form field is effectively a Field Group with preset form fields and can be duplicated. So, we're asking for the ability to build out a custom field group and then be able to duplicate it. Hope this can be considered and is useful for other users too :)

For example if you select a ban account from a list of 3 choices, add the ANB for that account in a hidden saved field so that it can be used in the tax invoice receipt. The element would be: If <field A> = (not =, contains ect) <ABC> then set Field B to <This Value> and have ability to show or hide the field. for example Gender = Male Set Gender data input field to M If birthday is between this day and that day set year level field to

Would be good to implement a version control/release process that allows for drafting/saving drafts rather than working on live form version. As part of this, it would be great to see the relevant "log" information for that version of the form stored with that version.

It would be great to be able to enable a setting in an Advance Form that allows for a send failure notification to be sent to a nominated address. This would apply where any notification/auto-reply emails are being sent. I can see that the form submission itself includes some kind of failure notification, but to have this automated rather than needing to validate this manually in the submission details of each form.

Tags should be a global listing for all form editors. Currently, its only based on a single user? When working with a team, the selection of a tag should be available to all to use.

Ability to manage form edits using multiple editors. Lost work due to one editor making changes while another was also. Needs to replicate CMS type permissions where you acquire locks and have version history.
