As a Funnelback administrator, I want to be able to change the order my packages/collections are listed on the 'Search' and 'Insights' dashboard pages, so that my users can access the main packages quickly (and won't update test packages by mistake). Currently the order is fixed and unfortunately the packages we use the most have ended up at the bottom of the list so users have to go looking for it, and packages aren't always easy to distinguish from each other.
