Will there be a way of converting a Standard Page to a Content Page asset type? Is this something already requested and on your roadmap?

In the asset selection modal, when you click 'Browse', there are your recents at the top and then the entire file system at the bottom. I was wondering if we could add a 3rd section, where we could favorite specific folders that we commonly use?

When a page changes status whether going from Under Construction to Live or Safe Edit to Live. Is it possible to have a “Notes” box to add on the Details tab to add notes like what was changed and have those notes visible on Version History? I know that this can be done when a workflow is added but not every page has a workflow and doesn’t require one and Version History doesn’t highlight what has change. This Notes feature would help us remember what was done to the page.

When a DXP component is updated, the only way to use that component is to remove the existing component and then replace it. This creates a great deal of work for content editors. It would be great to select the version that you want to use inside Matrix.

Would be great to have a place to review these to be able to pull detail on things like: What alt images are in place What images aren't deployed anywhere on the site and could be flagged for removal Images that might be duplicates Identifying large files that might be replaced and streamlined.

It would be great to be able to simply add an asset ID instead of searching via the pop up window every time.

We are facing difficulties as we get more editors copying and pasting content from Word documents which include unclean, excess code. Other CMSes and even Dreamweaver had this fence at the top of the cliff, but Squiz Matrix is forcing us to use an ambulance at the bottom. Surely not best UX. Can we please get this feature added to the WYSIWYG?

It would be useful to have an option to expand the editing panel to either a custom width (via dragging) or a full width view (via a button on the toolbar). This is particularly useful for when inline editing functionality is disabled for more complex components. It also gives the user an option to choose what editing experience they prefer regardless of the reason. Some editors may prefer to have the full field view instead of seeing the preview take up the majority of the screen, and this preference may change from page to page depending on the content.

You used to be able to quickly link assets in Matrix 6 by adding the parent's asset ID via the linking screen. Now you can only use the New Location 'asset finder' tool to select new parents from the asset tree. This is a much slower/tedious process, especially when you have a very large/deep asset tree structure like we do. The ability to select assets is still used elsewhere in the system. Please can you bring it back for the linking screen? Thanks very much

When changes are made to a components manifest.json properties that aren't compatible with the current version e.g. removing an option from a oneOf you aren't able to use the JSON editor to fix it (throws an error in the console). Would also be nice to be able to populate a component on a page with the JSON editor
