Please add support for automatically converting straight quotes (primes) to typographically correct curly (smart) quotes in WYSIWYG and other content fields.

At present, we need to manually type or paste curly quotes from external sources to get them to render correctly. This adds unnecessary steps and results in inconsistent typography.

Example of current behaviour (incorrect – straight quotes):

'How is this?' and "What about this?"

Preferred output (correct – curly/smart quotes):

‘How is this?’ and “What about this?”
