Would be good to implement a version control/release process that allows for drafting/saving drafts rather than working on live form version. As part of this, it would be great to see the relevant "log" information for that version of the form stored with that version.

100% couldn't agree more with this one. It's essential for proper control and governance of changes. Also, need to rollback to previous versions if a go live runs into issues.

Would also be useful to have back-end notes that we could add to detail what's changed between versions, document appropriate sign off. This can simply be free text but stored in back end and accessible to DXP users.
