Please add logging to the 1:1 Remaps that are edited in the Details page of the Remap Manager in Matrix.

We have so many requested remaps that we need to give access to the Remap Manager to more than a few people. Recently, a very important remap that pointed to a critical form was deleted, and we had no way to find out when it happened, how long it was deleted, or who did it. Consequently, we have community members that are concerned that it was some kind of software bug, and now trust Matrix less.

Adding logging that is stored for at least 90 days would help prevent this kind of loss of trust in the system.
