If you're going to send someone an email saying "You have been invited to join Squiz Digital Experience Platform" with an email address for support -but then the link to join doesn't work, and there's an on-screen message suggesting you contact support if the problem persists- I would suggest you don't then send them an automated email reminding that person to use the user dashboard as they don't have any access to it, nor any way to contact anybody.
