PDFs indexed by default with special characters as spaces

PDFs are currently indexed with their name eg. special-consideration-form.pdf. Suggest indexing these results with spaces rather than hyphens, so when "special consideration form" is searched, the correct result will be returned. Current workaround is to use external metadata and manually write the user friendly name in the metadata (or edit the PDF metadata directly)

Hi Bec
Thanks for confirming.
Next question, is "special consideration form" not returning special-consideration-form.pdf in the search results, what you are actually seeing or an assumption that indexing with hyphens rather than spaces will cause this scenario?
The reason I ask is that it is my understanding that a search for
special consideration form
Should result in special-consideration-form.pdf being returned in the results.

Yes, confirmed. The quote marks were my addition for clarity, not in the original query.

Hi Bec
Can you confirm for me whether the double quotes used in the query string example above are part of the query string use case or just to denote where your query string example started and finished.
