GRDC would like to provide access to the DXP tools for Content Health (AI readiness) and the Conversations to those outside of the Digital and IT teams - so being able to restrict DXP access to those two tools would be ideal. Our content is managed by the Communications team and a large group of scientists and technical experts - they can't have full DXP access. At the moment we have to produce manual screenshots of the information in Content Health and Conversations to get them to produce work for us. The scientists and Comms review, write and update all of our content including for Content Health and Conversational Search.
