One of our users apparently did something that caused an asset that they were trying to publish to pause and be blocked due to a paused HIPO job. I think it’s good that there was probably a pop up letting the user Nikki Gloudeman (Id #164261) know that her page HIPO jobs were paused (still unsure of the reason why this occured), but the problem is that whenever another user goes into that story asset to try to publish (as shown in the video in the support ticket linked below) – they are provided no context as to why the story is getting paused and no user experience pop up leading them to know the reason why they’re unable to publish.There was no notification or pop up that led them to even know that a HIPO job had been stalled and to look into it or escalate to their technical team.
