UI to build and maintain Datastore service in the DXP console

Customers find hard to use Datastore service without the help from services teams. Although the Data service is built and used by developers, customer's IT team still finds hard to use the tool when building web applications due to lack of GUI.
Some useful features with the proper roles and permissions:
- Upload and update an blueprint
- View data records from the data service
- Create, update and delete single document from the data service
